The people I see,
How would they know ?
The people I see,
How would they cope ?
Death and destruction,
No hope or despair,
The earth shatters,
Thousands not spared,
I see it in their eyes,
Lost and alone,
The old, the young,
Robbed to their bone,
Oh, God,
They want answers,
Lord Jesus,
What would you say,
My God,
My saviour,
Save them today.
